Elsa Loewenhagen - Owner/Care Director. (RMA) Elsa was educated at Pima Medical Institute in Mesa, AZ as a Certified and Registered Medical Assistant. She had 6 years experience as a Medical Assistant in internal medicine as well as advanced oncology care-giving at the Chandler Regional Cancer Center prior to entering the assisted living environment. After 2 years of directing assisted living home operations for three facilities in Scottsdale, AZ Elsa purchased the prestigious Olive Branch in Casa Grande and has directed its operations ever since. She encourages staff and residents alike to explore new friendships, an extended family, and an opportunity to belong to one's community. Along with our State Licensed Manager, Elsa oversees hands-on resident care and activities. (Lives in Home with residents)

Richard Loewenhagen - Licensed Manager. (B.A., B.S., M.S.) Richard is a retired United States Air Force Lieutenant Colonel with extensive experience as a Deputy Inspector General. His inspections of field medical facilities in both the Guard and Reserve components of the military make him the perfect person to focus on continued improvement in both caregiving and facilities. As our licensed manager, he is responsible for ensuring compliance with all State laws and regulations concerning Assisted Living Care as well as the training and certification of all of our staff. In conjunction with our RN, Richard signs all Level 3 Resident Care Plans. (Lives in Home with residents)

Jewel Lavoo - B.S. Nursing (RN). Jewel is our RN in charge of medication setups (both prescription and PRN) for all residents. In addition, she provides quality assurance checks on how those meds are stored and administered. Along with the Licensed Manager, Jewel prepares and signs all Level 3 Care Plans.

Anita Andrews - Certified Caregiver. Anita is our most senior caregiver. She loves helping others. Its all she has ever wanted to do. She also prepares the majority of our meals. Her culinary skills are loved by all!

Virgilio Lopez - Certified Caregiver. Virgil is a retired personal Bodyguard of a Provincial Governor. Protecting others has been a lifetime occupation for Virgil. He welcomes the opportunity to work with and care for our seniors. (Lives in Home with residents)

Aihreen Belen - Certified Caregiver (B.S. Administration). Aihreen adds energy and laughter to our caregiving team. She keeps us all on our toes day in and day out. (Lives in Home with residents)

Patricia Lopez - Certified Caregiver. In addition to outstanding services as a caregiver, Patricia is our weekend chef. She is noted for her gourmet entrees. She's also noted for her fun and lively personality. In short, she's loved by residents and workers alike.

Mary Lou Olalde - B.S. Nursing. Mary Lou truly enjoys caregiving. As she puts it, "Its the reason I became a nurse."
