Meet our Staff: Elsa Loewenhagen - Owner/Care Director. Elsa is educated at Pima Medical Institute in Mesa, Arizona. She has 6 years experience as a Certified Medical Assistant working in large medical centers as well as advanced oncology care-giving and treatment at the Chandler Regional Cancer Center. Her cheery personality inspires all around her to enjoy living. She sets the tone of our warm, tender home-like atmosphere, and our staff and residents alike cherish her for it. Elsa inspires all to explore new friendships, an extended family, and an opportunity to belong. Along with our facility managers, Elsa directs hands-on resident care and activities. Richard Loewenhagen - Owner/Facilities Upkeep Richard is a retired United States Air Force Lieutenant Colonel with two Master of Science Degrees who loves to work with his hands. He keeps our facility in top shape and is always looking for ways to make our environment more pleasant.   Jewel Lavo - B.S. Nursing/Medications.  Jewel is our RN in charge of medication setups (both prescription and non-prescription) for all residents. In addition, she provides quality assurance checks on how those meds are stored and administered.   Mary Lou Olalde - B.S. Nursing / Caregiving. Mary Lou truly enjoys caregiving. As she puts it, "It's the reason I became a nurse." The residents love her cheery personality and gentle care.   George Olalde - B.S. Med Tech / Caregiver. Like his wife, George really enjoys caregiving. He's also a true culinary artist. Hands-down, the residents prefer his cooking, which he is always eager to do.
